Bail Bonds

We are licensed to operate in the Madison County and all Municipalities therein. 

 The court requires a defendant to post a bond to be released from jail. A bond can be posted in cash, property, or by our professional bail bond company

2. Fill out our Application
3. Bring Drivers' license and Proof of Employment.
4. Pay & We will Notify you when the Defendant is being Released from Jail.

Once you come to our office, it takes 15 minutes to fill out a bond application.  It will be approximately 1 to 3 hours before the defendant is released from the jail.  

We post a bail bond with the court for the full bond amount. Bond amounts vary depending on the charges against the defendant. 

For our services, we charge a nonrefundable bond fee.   It is most often 10% of the total bond amount.  For charges that involve a Failure To Appear for court, we charge 15% of the bond total bond amount.  

We charge a minimum fee of $75 dollars which is not a percentage of the bond.

Yes. A Cosigner is required for all bonds. This person must:

• Be familiar with the defendant
• Live in the local area
• Be employed at a full time job OR be a property owner OR be retired. 
• Have an Alabama Drivers' License

As a cosigner on a bond, you are liable for the defendant. If the defendant fails to appear in court, you are liable for the cost to have the defendant returned to jail OR you are liable for the bond if he or she cannot be returned to jail.

If the defendant fails to pay the bond fee for getting out of jail, as a cosigner, you are liable for the remaining balance that is owed.
